COVID-19 Infection Prevention Measures

Various Response Policies

We have implemented the following measures to prevent the spread of infection within and outside the company, to ensure the safety of our employees, and to ensure a stable supply of our products.

  • Thorough enforcement of "wearing masks, hand washing and disinfection, gargling, cough etiquette," and other infection prevention measures at company facilities
  • Work-at-home" system, except for those who are engaged in work that requires them to come to the office.
  • Staggered work hours and work rotations among multiple groups reduce the risk of infection as much as possible.
  • In principle, employees are prohibited from moving between offices, and even within offices, movement between floors and departments is restricted as much as possible.
  • Mandatory temperature checks every morning and reporting to the company.
  • Regardless of the presence or absence of infection or close contact, employees with fever or other cold symptoms are prohibited from coming to work.
  • Cancellation or postponement of domestic and overseas business trips in principle
  • Voluntary refraining from holding non-emergency meetings, conferences, trainings, events, etc.
  • Requesting business partners to refrain from coming to the office
  • If there is any suspicion of infection or concentrated contact, follow the instructions of the public health center, medical institution, etc.

In addition to the above, employees themselves and their family members are required to report to the Company any suspicion of infection or concentrated contact, and the Company strives to understand the situation within the company.

We will continue to monitor the situation regarding COVID-19 infection closely and follow the requests of the government and local authorities to prevent the spread of infection, placing the highest priority on the safety of our employees and business partners, and will continue to implement appropriate measures to ensure the continuation of our business.

Notice Concerning the Granting of Special Paid Leave to Employees for Workplace Vaccination and Vaccinations

"As part of measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, the Company has been sequentially beginning to inoculate employees and temporary employees at some of its business sites with the vaccine at their workplaces since July 5, 2021.
In addition, since June 2, 2021, all employees have been granted special paid leave at the time of vaccination."
