SAKATA INX CORPORATION announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors held today has resolved to introduce an executive officer system.
Introduction of Executive Officer System:
(1) Reason In order to respond appropriately and promptly to changes in its business environment, SAKATA INX CORPORATION will divide the division of responsibility between management decision-making and supervisory functions and business execution functions. This system is also aimed to streamline operations and efficient management by clarifying the division of responsibility of business execution.
(2) Overview of the System
① Appointment and dismissal pertaining to the executive officers shall be determined by resolution of the Board of Directors.
② Executive officers will execute their duties based on the management strategy decided by the Board of Directors within the scope of division of responsibility as the person in charge of business execution, which is entrusted with the Board of Directors.
③ The term of office of executive officers shall be 1 year, with reappointment permitted.
④ Directors may concurrently serve as executive officers.
