Notice of establishment of SAKATA INX Group "Code of Conduct and Ethics" and "Anti-Corruption Basic Policy"

SAKATA INX CORPORATION (Yoshiaki Ueno, Representative Director, President & CEO) announces that it has revised the "Code of Conduct and Ethics" (hereinafter referred to as the "Code") to encompass all SAKATA group companies, which previously covered SIC alone, and also established the "Basic Policy on Anti-Corruption" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") as guidelines for anti-corruption initiatives, an important issue for global society.

Corruption distorts fair decision-making and hinders sustainable social development, which is considered as global and structural issues. Comprehensive and integrated initiatives including international cooperation are required to effectively prevent corruption.

In order for SAKATA INX Group to continue to achieve sustainable growth as one group company trusted and needed by society, each and every one of our employees will comply with all relevant laws and international rules.

In addition, SAKATA INX Group clearly defines its values and ethics, and by practicing fair and sensible behavior in accordance with these values and ethics, contributes to solving corruption, a significant issue for the international community, and to realizing a sustainable society.
