SAKATA INX CORPORATION announced today that it acquired land to build a new plant in the growing market of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to reinforce and expand its printing ink business.

(2) Contract date : January 3, 2019
(3) Land size : 20,241.71m2
(4) Land acquirer: SAKATA INX (BANGLADESH) PRIVATE LIMITED (established in November 2017)
3. Future outlook
1. Reason for the acquisition of land
- Packaging ink for the Bangladesh market has been exported from SAKATA INX's Indian subsidiary.
- As shipping quantity is steadily growing and in order to respond to increasing demands of packaging ink, we acquired land through a long-term lease contract to build a new plant in the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

3. Future outlook
- We plan to complete the plant in 2020. Details of the construction of the plant are yet to be determined.
- By establishing a base in Bangladesh, we aim to further enhance SAKATA INX brand and strengthen global expansion.
