Notice of establishment of "SAKATA INX Group Basic Procurement Policy" and "SAKATA INX Group Procurement Guidelines"

SAKATA INX CORPORATION (Yoshiaki Ueno, Representative Director, President & CEO) announces that it has established the “SAKATA INX Group Basic Procurement Policy.” It is a guideline and thinking of our procurement activities. We have also formulated the “SAKATA INX Group Procurement Guidelines.” It summarizes the common considerations in our procurement and business activities in order for co-existence and co-prosperity, and to achieve a sustainable society.

SAKATA INX Group recognizes all its suppliers as important business partners in order to provide better products, commodities and services. This policy is to set forth to clarify the items that need to be takes into consideration such as protection and restoration of the global environment, preservation of resources, occupational safety and health, human rights, etc. in the entire supply chain based on fair, equitable and honest procurement activities.
These guidelines are issued with items that consider societal issues when SAKATA INX Group conducts its procurement and business activities with its suppliers.

We will work to fulfill our corporate social responsibility by understanding and mitigating the risks in our entire supply chain, and will continue to take the initiative to conduct sustainable procurement activities and solve societal issues for a sustainable society.
