The Kurumin certification is a system where companies that have met certain criteria and achieved the targets set in their action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children can be recognized as "childcare support companies" by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
We have developed systems including childcare and caregiver support, remote work, flexible working hours, etc. The rate of female employees taking childcare leave has continuously been 100%, and the rate of male employees have increased since 2021. Our goal is to have the childcare leave percentage to reach 100% for both male and female employees by 2030. We have been conducting enlightenment activities such as making the system known, raising awareness, etc. Our efforts and initiatives have been recognized, which led to the acquisition of Kurumin certification.
SAKATA INX Group will not only give support to childcare but also give work-life balance support for caregiver, medical treatment, etc. We will continue to make efforts to create a workplace and foster an organizational climate so that diverse human resources can fully demonstrate their abilities.
