Initiatives for Recycling Waste in the Printing Industry SAKATA INX, in collaboration with partner companies, will introduce efforts to recycle waste generated in the printing industry—including ink, solvents, metals, films, and office equipment—toward realizing a circular economy within the industry. 2.Recycling Initiatives Using Ink Made from Food Residue In partnership with food companies, SAKATA INX is developing environmentally friendly inks that incorporate food residue as part of the ink material. These inks are reused in package printing, contributing to waste reduction and CO₂ emissions reduction. |
