To keep our employees healthy, we conduct general medical checkups once a year and special medical checkups twice a year for those who perform specific duties at plants. We also prohibit smoking in the workplace and take thorough measures to ensure smoking and non-smoking areas are separated, such as by creating designated smoking areas. On top of this, in working areas where organic solvents and powder raw materials that form the components of printing inks are handled, we measure organic solvent and powder concentrations twice a year, and strive to maintain a suitable working environment.
