To facilitate the resolution of social issues and sustainable economic growth, the Company's basic policy is to seek to build good relationships and coexist and prosper together with all stakeholders through the appropriate disclosure of information and sincere communication. Opinions obtained through dialogue and communication with stakeholders are used in our corporate activities as we strive to enhance our sustainable corporate value and solve social issues through our business activities.

Together with our shareholders and investors

The Company actively engages in activities such as the holding of financial results briefings, participation in events for individual investors and meetings with institutional investors aiming to explain the current situation and the Company's future strategies in terms of its business activities, financial status, ESG initiatives and other matters, increase people's understanding of the Company and use feedback from shareholders and investors in the management of our businesses.
We also provide information to more people via our website in an effort to increase their understanding and recognition of the Company.

Together with our customers and business partners

Through our normal sales and procurement activities, we work with many customers and suppliers to achieve our goals, the growth of all of our businesses and the sustainable growth of society. We request that our customers cooperate in the encouragement of the use of eco-friendly products and the reduction of CO2 emissions from logistics activities, and that they respond to questionnaire surveys.
We also request that our suppliers cooperate in the Company's efforts characterized by its consideration of the environment and human rights.

Together with our employees

Employees other than managerial-level employees belong to the SAKATA INX Labor Union so that the employer and employees cooperate with each other in the efforts to improve workplace environments and our welfare program and develop the human resources that will lead the SAKATA INX Group in the future. The Labor-Management Council meets several times a year at central and branch offices. Decisions made at these meetings apply to all employees. To create opportunities to listen to individuals' requests, career plans and other matters, the Company holds two meetings between managerial-level employees and other employees to facilitate mutual understanding.
