SAKATA INX CORPORATION (the "Company") will collaborate appropriately with a range of stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and communities, in consideration of the increasing importance of value co-creation with the stakeholders in corporate management. The Company believes that the proper distribution of the earnings and results generated from value co-creation and productivity improvement to the multiple stakeholders will lead to the sustainable development of the Company and the economy as a whole, and thus returns to employees and consideration of business partners are important. Based on this, the Company will implement the following initiatives.
1. Returns to employees
The Company will focus on maximizing added value through initiatives to achieve sustained growth and productivity improvement based on the prioritized allocation of managerial resources to growth areas and the development and improvement of employees' competence and skills. For the revenues and achievements it generates, the Company will raise wages through methods appropriate for its corporate situation, in accordance with the Primary Principle on Wage Determination, while proactively educating and training employees to contribute to higher employee engagement and productivity as another means to comprehensively improve the treatment of employees. Through this, we aim to achieve consistent returns to employees.
More specifically, the Company continues to be committed to engaging in a sincere dialogue between employer and employees with due consideration of the fluctuation of prices, the economic situation, the Company's management conditions and other factors relating to the increase of wages. Furthermore, the employee education and training system is formulated to be the foundation for the realization of our long-term strategic vision and for supporting the sustainable growth of the SAKATA INX Group, and we endeavor to effectively develop employees' skills and train human resources so that each employee can plan their career, independently refine their skills and continue to grow.
2. Consideration for business partners
The Company will continue to comply with the Partnership Building Declaration.
If the Partnership Building Declaration ceases to be viewable on the portal, we will voluntarily withdraw our publication of the Multi-Stakeholder Policy.
